RINL-Visakhapatnam Steel Plant has bagged the coveted Rajbhasha prize of Ministry of Steel for 2017-18.
Union Steel Minister Chaudhary Birender Singh presented the award to in-charge Chairman-cum-Managing Director P. Raychaudhury and Director (Personnel) K.C. Das at the Hindi Salahkar Samithi meeting held at Indore on Thursday.
Minister of State for Steel Vishnu Deo Sai, who was present, appreciated RINL’s efforts towards effective implementation of Rajbhasha and complying with official language policy, rules and achieving performance beyond specified annual targets.
Mr. Raychaudhury congratulated the award winners and RINL collective for securing Rajbhasha Samman.
DGM (Rajbhasha) Lalan Kumar received the Ispat Rajbhasha Karyanvayan Samman on the occasion.
