Spellbound: Food and Drinks MenuCurated and brought together by Chef Izzat Hussain, the menu boasts of a variety of dishes, which include forty-two starters and an exotic main course from old royal gharanas. Yes, you read that right! The food served here is quite different from the others in terms of taste and texture, primarily because of the chef's unique cooking style; wherein each dish is prepared without using water and curd. The chef uses the moisture of the dish to cook the meal itself, in order to retain the actual flavours. The highlights of the menu were murg kalapasi, which was cooked in all black spices; melt-in-mouth galautikebabs; and murg malai tikka. However, the murg lashkari tikka was a bit chewy.

The main course had dal shahzaadi, mutton badami korma, and paneer begam pasand teamed with izzat ki roti, which was a signature delight.
