Selected students will receive a monthly stipend, get hands-on experience with the latest OnePlus products. All ambassadors will be granted a certificate upon completion of the program, but some can land an opportunity to intern with the company’s global offices. OnePlus says that the ambassadors will be selected on several factors that include “ambition displayed, personal values, creativity, understanding of technology, passion for marketing, outgoing personality, leadership qualities and their ‘Never Settle’ attitude.” Also, the company states that the program is for giving back to its consumers as 64% of their users in India are college graduates and 30% are between the ages of 18 and 24 years.
