Chief Minister redresses public complaints in Samadhan online
Chronicle Reporter, Bhopal,Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that to give good governance to the public is our the top most priority. Officials should redress public problems on the same day taking them seriously.
Chouhan was reviewing the actions taken under ‘Samadhan Ek Din’ and Public Service Guarantee Act during Samadhan online at Mantralaya today. The Chief Minister heard a dozen public complaints of different districts and redressed them and made payment of Rs. seven lakh to concerned persons.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that fine should be imposed on officers who do not provide services on time, under the Public Service Delivery Guarantee Act. He congratulated and gave appreciation letters to the officers, who performed well. He issued instructions to officers performing not as per expectation, to improve. He instructed to increase registration number under Sambal Yojana where there is low registrations.
Instructions were given to ensure registration of all pregnant women and provide delivery assistance. Instructions were issued similarly for patta right for land and carrying out necessary works under aspiring development blocks.
Pay balance amount to farmers immediately
Chouhan instructed officials to make payment of balance incentive under price difference and Kisan Samriddhi Yojana to farmers for gram, lentil sale. He instructed that farmers should not face any problem in selling his produce. Any eligible farmer should not be deprived of it and there should be no irregularity. It was informed during Samadhan that procurement of Urad and Moong will be made between July 4 and 31 in Krishi Upaj Mandi.
Saharia, Bharia and Baiga women to get Rs one thousand from last December
The Chief Minister instructed to ensure payment of Rs one thousand per month to women of specially backward tribe Sahriya, Bhariya and Baiga. He said that there is no dearth of fund. This amount is being given to all eligible women from last December.
The amount will be given in bank account of the beneficiaries who did not get it. They can provide nutritious diet to their children. He instructed to distribute shoes-chappal, saree and water bottle to remaining beneficiaries under Charan Paduka Yojana.
Deal with criminals strictly
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan asked collectors and superintendents of police to launch intensive drive against criminals. Also, drive against illegal liquor and obscene literature should be accelerated. He said that safety and respect of daughters is the top priority for the government. Cases of crimes to be reported against daughters should be dealt sympathetically and criminals should be dealt strictly and firmly. He said that victim in Satna case has been shifted to AIIMS, Delhi, by air ambulance.
Efforts for death penalty to criminals in crimes against daughters
Chief Minister Chouhan held a meeting with Chief Secretary, DGP and other senior officials. He expressed deep concern over the incidents that took place with daughters.
Taking it seriously, he instructed senior officials that efforts should be made for death penalty for accused in such cases. Charge sheet should be filed soon by completing investigation in Mandsaur and Satna cases.
Charge sheet in Gwalior case has been filed. It was asked to complete the trial soon and make efforts for getting approval from high court on death sentence awarded in Indore and Dhar case so that convict can be hanged. Chouhan clearly said that there is no space for accused in such heinous crime and will not spare them without death sentence.
Grievances of 12 applicants redressed
Indra Sen, the resident of Atri village of Kolaras tehsil of Shivpuri had taken a loan of Rs. 5 lakh under the Mukhya Mantri Swarozgar Yojana. A subsidy amount of Rs 1.5 lakh was received.
Similarly, wife of Mangilal Sondhia, the resident of Jogipura village of Rajgarh who died after falling into a well was insured under the Pradhan Mantri Jan-Dhan Bima Yojana. But their insurance claim was not being paid by the company. But on receipt of the case in Samadhan Online, payment of Rs 2 lakh was made.
On receiving the details of the incident, Chief Minister Chouhan expressed deep displeasure over the role of the insurance company. He said that the central government will be apprised about the issue. Lakshman Singh Yadav, resident of Pratappura village of Khandwa, Harsud, had not received the benefit of the Disabled Marriage Incentive Scheme though he was 40 percent disabled.
But when he applied on Samadhan Online, he received an assistance amount of Rs. One lakh. Sunit Kumar Patel, the resident of Rithi block of Bileri village of Katni district had sold more than 217 quintals of paddy to the committee. He received a bonus of Rs 43 thousand 520.
Vinod Sahu, resident of Narsinghpur block of Chouparpatha village of Ajsara got a payment of subsidy amount of Rs. 4500 for the purchase of pipes from the Agriculture Department. Sunderlal Hirwe, the resident of Betaliya village of Badwaha block in Khargone received Rs. 10 thousand 344 as the fourth installment of wages of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.
Santosh Madankar, the resident of Koste village of Varaseoni tehsil, Balaghat received payment towards wages of 23 days for construction of cement concrete road of MNREGA. Smt. Rajni Rathore, the resident of Gwalior, Lashkar received B.Ed scholarship amount of Rs. 7 thousand 830.
Hariram Choudhary, resident of Sigrampur village, of Jabera block, Damoh received Rs. 26 thousand 400 as building construction wages. Vaibhav Pandey, the resident of Ramnagar village of Satna, received a payment of Rs 2 thousand under Vikramaditya scholarship scheme.
Suresh Kumar Thakur, the resident of Geedha village under Dindori block had not been given rent of hostel being run in his building by the Tribal Welfare Department despite having vacated the building. On presenting the case on Samadhan Online, he was paid the remaining rent amount of Rs. one lakh 52 thousand 216.
Outstanding officers felicitated
Chief Minister Chouhan congratulated and distributed citation letters to 9 officers for redressing CM Helpline cases with maximum satisfaction in the month of May at L-1 level. Among those felicitated by the Chief Minister include Additional Regional Transport Officer Guna Deepak Manjhi, Assistant Engineer Urban Development and Housing Sagar, Arvind Pateria, Junior Supply Officer Food and Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection Department Mandsaur, Deputy Commissioner Cooperatives Ashok Kumar Shukla, Betul, Assistant Engineer Public Health Engineering Hoshangabad Naresh Kuwal, Tehsildar Hoshangabad Alok Pare, Assistant Director Backward Class Minority Welfare Jabalpur Ashish Dikshit and Junior Engineer Energy Rewa A.K. Choudhury.
Similarly, outstanding officials of Samadhan Ek Din were felicitated for providing solutions in a day for 100 percent cases in the month of June. In Category A, Tehsildar Lakhnadoun of Seoni district Rakesh Kumar Chourasia, Block Education Officer Dewas F.B. Manekar, Senior Agriculture Development Officer Aagar Malwa J.C. Rathore, Chief Executive Officer Janpad Panchayat Ashta, Sehore district Nawal Meena, Senior Agriculture Development Officer Dewas R.K. Vishwakarma, in Category B, Chief Municipal Officer Amanganj, Panna, Mohammed Hasan, Assistant Commissioner Municipal Corporation Indore Nirarjay Bhatta, Tehsil Amanganj, Panna Ravindra Singh Chouhan and Kaurav of Vidisha were honoured.
