Robbers escape with Rs 50,000K, case filed

Miscreants targeted a car parked at Danish Kunj and escaped with a bag carrying Rs 50,000 on July 1; a complaint was lodged by victim on Wednesday.

Police said that the victim Rajesh Kumar found that bag carrying Rs 50000 was found missing from his car parked outside his house. The victim lodged complaint on Wednesday. Police said that the victim was busy in shifting house due to which he delayed in complaining.

The police have registered a case under section 379 of the IPC and started further investigation.

The victim told the police that the doors of the car were open which were used by miscreants to remove the bag and escape with the valuables.

The CCTV footages would be investigated in the further investigation said police.

The victim works with a private engineering college.

Meanwhile, a MP online kiosk at Rajdev Colony was targeted by miscreants and valuables worth Rs 1 lakh were burgled; Kolar police have registered a case after victim lodged a complaint.

The victim Anurag Soni lodged a complaint after he found that his shop was burgled on Tuesday. 

In his complaint the victim stated that he left the shop after locking properly at around 10 in the night on Monday and when he returned on Tuesday he found that the locks were broken and valuables were burgled. At the shop Rs 70000 cash and a laptop was found burgled. 

The police have registered a case under section 457 and 380 of the IPC and started further investigation.
