Q By Aston Martin Churns Out Two Special Edition DB11s

Q by Aston Martin has unveiled two new recently commissioned vehicles, both based on the luxury automaker’s dynamic sporty GT, the DB11.

The White Stone DB11 Volante model celebrates Aston Martin’s partnership with Henley Royal Regatta and is priced at £199,995, whereas the grey car, dubbed Classic Driver Edition, celebrates the 20th anniversary of the world’s first car collectors’ website. It costs £199,275 in the UK, EUR 252,395 in Germany and $274,010 in the U.S.

Henley Royal Regatta DB11 Volante

The Henley Royal Regatta is one of the world’s most prestigious sporting events with more than 300,000 spectators attending each year. In 2018, it will take place starting Wednesday, July 4 to Sunday July 8.

Q by Aston Martin chose a White Stone exterior for this special edition car, while the interior has been trimmed in Red Oxide Caithness leather. The cabin also features technical carbon fiber complete with stainless steel crossed oar motifs and hand-painted pale blue accents, inspired by the rowing club markings on the blades of rowers’ oars.

Other features include the contrasting black roof, forged gloss black diamond turned wheels, dark anodized brake calipers, smoked taillights, exterior carbon fiber detailing, dark exhaust finishers and bonnet meshes.

DB11 Classic Driver Edition

This V8-powered special edition model is available in both Coupe and Volante form, with a total of just 20 examples to be built.

The car is said to be inspired by Classic Driver’s signature green and grey colors, as well as Aston Martin’s iconic 1960’s shade of Charcoal Grey. The result, as far as paintwork is concerned, is a deep, gloss dark shade of grey, with fine and subtle pearls. Also available is the carbon fiber body pack, finished with a bespoke satin Eifel Green lacquer.

As for the interior, we see Eifel Green Caithness on the seats, dashboard and steering wheel, while the Classic Driver logo is embroidered into the headrests using Parliament Green. If you can get this car as a Volante, it will come with a Westminster Green textile roof.
