NEW DELHI: Vatika Business Centre (VBC), part of Vatika Hotels, has leased 36,000 sq ft space in Viman Nagar, Pune. The center will become operational in November 2018 and will have 450 seats, informed Gaurav Bhalla, managing director, Vatika Hotels.Apart from this, the company has leased 8,000 sq ft space in Mindscapes, Faridabad, which will have around 100 seats. It is also expected to become operational in November 2018.
In the last three months, we have leased two new centers - one each in Mumbai and Delhi, said Bhalla. In Mumbai, the company has leased 23,000 sq ft space in BKC with approx 350 seats capacity, while the business centre in Connaught Place, Delhi is spread across 12,000 sq ft carpet area with about 200 seats capacity.
With the new addition, VBC now has 20 centers across India covering above 5,00,000 sq ft area with more than 5000 seats in total.
The company claims to have a turnover of more than Rs 85 crore through this centers which it plans to take to Rs 100 crore by the year-end.
