Police seize 260 cannabis plants from Macgregor home
ACT Policing has charged a 26-year-old Sydney man after officers seized 260 cannabis plants, about 100kg of cannabis leaf and a large amount of hydroponic growing equipment from a house in Macgregor on Tuesday.
The man has been charged with cultivating a commercial quantity of a controlled plant for sale and is scheduled to appear in the ACT Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
Police will oppose bail.
An ACT Policing spokesperson said officers seized the plants after executing a search warrant at a house in Cumpston Place.
