GUWAHATI: The government railway police (GRP) on Tuesday seized 38 kg of
ganja and arrested one Suburaj Debbarma (24), who was on board the New Delhi-bound Rajdhani Express, at the Guwahati
railway station.
Preliminary investigation has revealed that Debbarma, a resident of Sidhai area in
West Tripura district, was carrying the consignment from Agartala and was he expected to deliver it at Katihar.
