The Karnataka Rajya Raitha Sangha (KRRS) district unit has planned a protest in front of the Deputy Commissioner’s office here on Wednesday.
The protest will be staged demanding more allocations in the budget for starting of vegetable and mango processing units in the district in order to help the farming community, a release said.
The Vidarbha model package should be given to the perennially drought-hit district, the outfit said.
