BBC takes legal action over 'Doctor Who' leak

The (BBC) has approached a to force a California-based website over leaked footage of the hit show "Doctor Who".

The network has gone to the Federal Court asking the site to produce records which could identify who shared the videos of the next series, BBC reported.
