TN sets up control room in Delhi to help Manasarovar pilgrims

The government today said it has set up a control room in New to provide logistic support for pilgrims of Kailash Mansarovar from the state stranded in due to inclement weather once they arrive in the national capital.

The control room, manned by five officials, will be functioning in the House and can be reached at and 011-21610286, an official release said.

"The is taking steps to rescue them. Once pilgrims belonging to are brought to India, the Tamil Nadu House will provide facilitation and logistic support for pilgrims to reach their destination in the state," it said.
