CBI charge-sheets 51 people for attack on Haryana minister’s home during Jat agitation

cbi_logoThe CBI has charge-sheeted 51 people for alleged rioting at the residence and office of Haryana minister Abhimanyu Singh during protests to demand reservation for the Jat community in February 2016.

A CBI spokesperson here said that the accused were charged with criminal conspiracy, rioting, sedition, house trespass, attempt to murder, dacoity and assault for the attack on the residence and office of the Haryana finance minister in Rohtak, during the agitation.
