Notorious criminal Mangaria nabbed

Crime branch sleuths of Haryana Police on Saturday claimed to have nabbed notorious criminal Manoj Mangaria, leader of Mangaria gang, along with his three accomplices, from Faridabad.

Police has also recovered four rifles, two pistols and 22 live cartridges from their possession.

A spokesman of Police Department said leader of the gang, Manoj Mangaria, a native of village Mangar, Suraj kund police station in Faridabad was active in crime since last 10 years. Many heinous cases of crime were registered  including murder, attempt to murder, loot and extortion against him in different police stations of adjourning districts and states.

Presently he was on parole and kept a lot of boys and illicit weapons with him to spread panic among the people. At least 10 cases of crime have been unearthed with their arrest.

While Manoj Mangaria and his brother Lalit were arrested by Crime branch team on getting  a tip off from Pali bus stand area during night, two of accomplices namely Parveen and Javed were nabbed by the police team from other locations.

The spokesman said that DGP has directed all the Commissioners

of Police, Range IGs and district SPs to take stringent action as per law against the criminals and others indulging in anti-social and anti-national activities in the State.
