External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj hits back at Twitter trolls for her stand on 'Inter-faith couple passport row'

Twitter has been reacting to the Union Minister's online poll where she asked Twitter users of whether or not they approve such trolls.

External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj on Saturday night put out a twitter poll asking her followers  whether or not they approve such trolls. Since then Twitter has been reacting to the Union Minister's online poll. She even pinned the thread of tweets which trolled her.

The Union minister was trolled for her decision of granting a passport to the inter-faith couple and transferring the official concerned who had denied them the same. 

Her Stand has received immense support by many people including the President of India Ramnath Kovind. Sushma retweeted the President's tweet expressing her gratitude.


Former Jammu and Kashmir chief minister and People Democratic Party chief Mehbooba Mufti also came out in her support today and said that the trolls are "absolutely outrageous."

Renowned journalist and author of "I am Troll" inside BJP's secret digital Army, Swati Chaturvedi condemned the attack of troll army.

Famous journalist Barkha Dutt supported Sushma for taking the troll head on and even questioned the silence of women leaders in BJP.
