Why everyone is talking about Angelina Jolie's latest look

Has Angelina Jolie been Insta-stalking Meghan Markle?

That was the question on several observers' minds after the actress and humanitarian sported an ensemble at a royal church service that ticked many of the Duchess of Sussex's style touchpoints.

Soft grey tone. Tick. Bateau neckline. Tick. Fascinator. Tick.

Jolie attended the Service of Commemoration and Dedication of the Most Distinguished Order of St Michael and St George at St Paul's Cathedral on Thursday, London time, wearing a dress by Australian expats Ralph & Russo, the label responsible for Meghan's engagement portrait dress.

A press release from the brand said it also made Jolie's gloves, bag and shoes.

The Queen did not attend the service due to illness, reportedly a summer cold.

Since her wedding to Prince Harry in May, the Duchess of Sussex has sported several nude or blush pink outfits, often with a boatneck or bateau neckline.

Her wedding gown, by Givenchy, also featured a bateau neckline. Ralph & Russo had been a hot tip to make the gown but the world was taken by surprise when Givenchy's Clare Waight Keller emerged as the "winning" designer.
