State BJP Exec Body Meet discusses key poll strategies for ‘Mission 2018’

he Executive Body Meet of State unit of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) was held at the party’s State Office at Kushabhau Thakre premises here on Thursday evening.

The meeting dwelt on the issues of poll preparations and formulated strategy for ‘Mission 2018’.

The meeting convened in  presence of party's Organizational General Secretary from Himachal Pradesh Pawan Rana and State BJP Chief Dharamlal Kaushik chalked out strategies to achieve the target of Mission 65+.

Speaking at the meeting,  Rana said, “victory could only be achieved when we (party) have set the target”.

“The target must be ‘Jaha Kam Waha Dam’ (more effort to places where we (party) is weak). The Assembly segments have to be categorised and special attention had to be given to the weak areas,” he said.

Rana also gave tips to strengthen the booths and underlined the need of organizing ‘beneficiary seminars’.

Kaushik while ascertaining that the party’s victory for the fourth consecutive time is certain said the work done by the BJP Government in past 15 years in the State would pave way for victory this time.

In the meeting, senior office bearers of the organisation reviewed and assigned new tasks to the office bearers of frontal organisations Morchas and Prakoshthas for the upcoming polls.

The frontal organisations were asked to tighten their belts for ensuring victory for the fourth term.
