Attacking the Congress party on politicising the Surgical Strike by Indian Army, Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh said that Congress sought proof amd when they were given the evidence, the party raised allegation against the Bharatiya Janata Party of taking political mileage from it. But the fact is that it is Congress who raised question over the action of Army.

Chief Minister was interacting with media at village Malpuri while participating in the Rani Durgavati Martyrdom Day on Thursday at Rajnandgaon. He was a day visit to Rajnandgaon, his assembly constituency.

“It is the Congress party, which is involved in politics over the army. Indian Army had carried out the surgical strike in year 2016, where it had raided the terrorist hideout across the border. The video of the strike has been released after two years. Congress had raised the allegation against the BJP Government over politicising the bravery and martyrdom of the Indian Army. Congress had stated that during earlier governments also the Army had carried out similar strikes. But it was never used for political gain.
