Opposition parties in Himachal Pradesh today alleged that the scarcity of water here and the killing of a assistant town planner (ATP) in Kasauli proved the incompetency of the present state government.
The state capital has earned bad name for the "unprecedented" water scarcity here during his first six months in office, state Congress president Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu told PTI.
