It’s party season in B-Town! While some like Priyanka Chopra are busy ringing in the wedding bells for Akash Amaban and Shloka Mehta, others were seen attending the birthday bash of director Aanand L Rai. Anushka Sharma, among other host of celebrities like Shah Rukh Khan, Kriti Sanon was recently spotted at director Anand L Rai's birthday party. For the occasion, she chose to wear an onion pink wrapped velvet top. The actor teamed it with matching trousers. Keeping her hair untied, the look was rounded with a nude shade in the mouth, golden hoops earrings and strappy heels.
While the actor does look lovely one cannot help but question the choice of the attire. It does look rather uncomfortable for the summers and it is highly unlikely that one would pick it up from a store to wear it in this weather. But then again Sharma pulled off the ensemble with enviable grace and poise.
The 35-year-old attended the Akash Ambani-Shloka Mehta bash recently, and for her ‘desi girl’ look she picked a beautiful sari from the shelves off designer Tarun Tahiliani. Draped in a lilac georgette sari that was accentuated with intricate lacework and French knot appliqué border, the actor looked lovely. We particularly like the matching deep-back blouse with embellished fringes on the sleeves.
Jacqueline Fernandez caught our attention in a pastel pink, cutout gown with slits on either side, which she wore for a stage show at the Dabangg tour. The one-shouldered Sonaakshi Raj creation was accessorised with a blingy pair of magenta earrings and oh-so-glam knee-high embellished boots in bright pink.
