Commercial landscaper BrightView's shares slide more than 4% in their trading debut
Shares of commercial landscaper BrightView Holdings Inc. slid 4.4% in their trading debut Thursday, after the company priced its initial public offering at $22, the low end of its $22 to $25 range. Shares are trading on the New York Stock Exchange, under the ticker symbol "BV." Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, KKR, UBS Investment Bank, Baird, Credit Suisse, Macquarie Capital, Jefferies, Mizuho Investors, Morgan Stanley and RBC Capital Markets acted as lead managers on the deal. The S&P 500 was down 0.1% in early trade.
