Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy said Wednesday he will retire, in a move that will give President Donald Trump his second pick for the high court. The 81-year-old Kennedy is sometimes the court's swing voter on controversial decisions. The Supreme Court recessed for its current term earlier Wednesday.
