NEW DELHI: Parts of Delhi-NCR on Wednesday morning received light showers bringing respite for the people. Rains were reported from Delhi, Noida and Faridabad. Some part of Noida witnessed heavy rains.

The Met office had forecasted overcast skies along with spells of rains and thundershowers for Wednesday.

On Tuesday, overcast skies and very light rains in some parts of the national capital offered relief to Delhiites as the maximum temperature settled at 34.2 degrees Celsius, three notches above the season's average.
