Compassionate Friends to meet
Compassionate Friends will meet at 5:30 p.m. today at VITAS Healthcare, 4 Old Kings Road N., Palm Coast. The group is a nonprofit self-help bereavement support organization for families who have experienced the death of a child. Astronomy Club to discuss asteroids
The Astronomy Club of Palm Coast will meet at 6 p.m. Monday, July 2, in the Flagler County Public Library, 2500 Palm Coast Parkway N.W. Celestial events for July will be discussed, and there will be a presentation about asteroids, near-Earth objects and NASA's disaster prevention plans. The meeting is free and open to the public.
