HYDERABAD: A division bench of High Court on Tuesday directed the Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) to examine and take action on the representations submitted by the petitioner candidates who appeared for the test conducted to fill 304 posts of principals in Telangana state residential educational institutions.
The bench of acting chief justice Ramesh Ranganathan and justice J Uma Devi passed this order on a petition filed by K Balakrishna Mudiraj and others from Rangareddy district seeking a stay of the selection process for 304 posts of principal. The petitioners’ counsel said the TSPSC had deleted 67 questions in the examination. In spite of glaring mistakes committed by the TSPSC, it was going ahead with the remaining selection process. The commission was playing the careers of the aspiring candidates who have put in a lot of hard work to pass the said examination, he added.
