Pines of Sarasota Education & Training Institute announces the release of its new brain health program “Your Personal Brain Health Guide: Science-Based Nutrition with Proven Results” in partnership with Charles K. Bens, Ph.D., available on online video streaming or DVD.
The number one cause of chronic disease, including most brain-related illnesses, is poor nutrition. The “Your Personal Brain Health Guide” includes a workbook, which allows viewers to develop their own nutrition and brain health action plan and reduce their risk for a variety of conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease, anxiety, depression, migraines, Parkinson’s disease and more.
JoAnn Westbrook, N.H.A. and Director of Education, explains: “There is a strong connection between nutrition and disease. You can reduce your risk of chronic disease by making better food choices, no matter your age. This program was created as an easy-to-follow guide for people to do just that, and improve their health in the process.”
“I am very excited about the launch of my program in partnership with Pines of Sarasota Education & Training Institute," explains Dr. Bens. "What differentiates this program from other "food for the brain" programs is the 6-4-1 customization. This program has 6 Early Warning Diagnostic Tools, 4 Self-Assessment Tools, and 1 Personalized Plan to guide you to improved brain health. These tools set this program apart and provide the user an opportunity that here-to-fore has not been available.”
