Karl Lawton says New Zealand and the Warriors has become home and the hooker plans on being here long term.
He is one half of a social media power couple and Warriors' hooker Karl Lawton says the pair are loving their new lives in New Zealand.
Lawton, 22, came to the club during the pre-season from the Gold Coast Titans.
He was initially bought over as injury cover, at hooker, after regular back up number nine Nate Roache went down with a season ending back injury in March.
Karl Lawton says New Zealand is "home for me now".
But at the halfway point of the season, the utility has forced his way into the regular 17 and should Issac Luke be unable to back up from Test duties, Lawton will likely be asked to start in Friday night's game against the Sharks.
Though rugby league has always been Lawton's focus, he and partner Rosie Van are perhaps better known for their social media profiles.
