FOREIGN LENDERS MEET OF NTPC

NTPC held its 16th Foreign Lenders Meet in Mumbai on June 22 2018. The meet was aimed to update the foreign banks and financial institutions about the companies Operational and Financial performance during the financial year 2017-18, growth plans and funding requirement etc for the future. A detailed presentation was made by K Sreekant, Director (Finance) covering various aspects of NTPC's performance and future growth plans. International credit rating agencies S&P, Fitch and Moody's presented their perspective on the company credit quality, trends in the power sector in the APAC region, prospects and developments in the Indian Power Sector etc. Rajesh Kumar, RED (West-1), Sudhir Arya, CFO were present during the meet. Around 60 representatives from various financial institutions, banks attended the meet.

NEW DELHI MUNICIPAL COUNCIL COMMUNITY WELLNESS PROGRAMME CONCLUDES

 In her welcome address, Secretary, NDMC, Rashmi Singh outlined the details of the programme in respect of community wellness organised during the Week long celebrations, informed that the NDMC had launched of street art project on theme of “Asli Hero Campaign” with the aim to sensitize the people at large in general and youth and students in particular about their self wellness and the society and added that the Asli Hero is a person who is responsible in his and her everyday behavior at public places. The valedictory function of “Wellness Week” has been organised by New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) with the collaboration of Sleepwell Foundation at the NDMC Headquarter in New Delhi on Monday.The Secretary said that in order to imbibe the sense of belongingness to the city and to increase Community participation for betterment of the society and improving the environs of the capital city, the NDMC have organised a Dialogue with the representatives of RWAs, MTAs, Head of Schools, Institutions and Industries bodies in various localities of New Delhi.
