Love Island 2018: Megan Barton Hanson’s pal spills why she made THAT comment about Georgia
LOVE ISLAND 2018 star Megan Barton Hanson has admitted she isn’t keen on her house mate Georgia Steel, having recently referred to her as a “fake b****” and now her friend Laura Lofthouse has defended the model’s comment.
The Love Island hopeful’s friend has claimed the 24-year-old model just “isn’t used to being around people” like Georgia.
Speaking to OK! Magazine, she said: “She was just saying what she was feeling.
“Megan isn’t a b***** girl. She just isn’t used to being around people who like to be the centre of attention, and Georgia does seem very full on.”
Megan joined the show in the second week along with Josh Denze and former contestant Charlie Frederick.
She immediately got to know some of the male contestants by choosing three of them to go on a date.

The blonde beauty was torn between Dr Alex George, 27, and Eyal Booker, 22, before making her final decision on the latter.
When Megan’s friend was asked if she agreed with Megan’s decision on Eyal, Lauren divulged: “Yes - Alex is a bit boring and he is way too shy for her.
“Eyal is the best looking guy in there and he worked hard to win her over.
“I can see why she chose him.”
Last week, the couple spent the night in the villa’s hideaway - a bedroom away from their current housemates.

The pair admitted they had sex during their alone time with Megan telling the girls “it just felt right.”
Since then it appears as though their romance has hit a rocky patch.
Just yesterday, the pair had a dispute following a game that tested how well the islanders know their partners.
When the group were asked how many people their partner slept with, Eyal incorrectly guessed she’d slept with 37 people.
Megan took offence to his remark and expressed her views on the situation in the villa’s Beach Hut.

Still seemingly annoyed with the situation, Megan tells Eyal they are “not compatible” in a sneak peak of tonight’s episode.
In what appears to be a deep conversation, Eyal could be seen telling Megan “I’m honestly not going to stand for that because I think that is f****** out of order.”
The blonde was then seen walking off from their chat and later telling Wes [Nelson] she feels as though she can have fun with him.
The trailer for tonight’s instalment also sees Megan and Wes kissing in a group challenge, as Wes’ partner Laura Anderson looks on.
Love Island is on ITV2 tonight at 9pm.
