France's EDF, GE to co-build reactors for huge nuclear plant in Maharashtra

(Reuters) - and French utility EDF have agreed to team to build six reactors for a project in state, which is due to be the world's biggest when finished.

The six European Pressurised Water reactors will be for a 9,900 mw project at Jaitapur, south of Mumbai, and EDF said in a joint statement released on Tuesday.
