The Tuscarawas Valley Farmers Market, 259 S. Tuscarawas Ave., Dover, will hold a special Tuesday market from 3 to 7 p.m. July 3.
This market will celebrate seniors and veterans. Shoppers ages 62 and older and veterans of all ages are encouraged to stop by the information booth to receive a free $5 in Carrot Cash to spend anywhere at the market.
Like every week, the Tuesday market will include food trucks with ready-made meals and treats, community partners offering educational opportunities, live music from 5 to 7 p.m. in the Market Fresh Courtyard and a cooking demo at 5 p.m. in the Clover Cafe.
In honor of July 4, art educator Mallory Gerstacker will help younger patrons create patriotic-themed make-and-take crafts.
