Toronto wants help housing asylum seekers, refugees

Toronto Mayor John Tory is appealing for help from Ottawa in dealing with asylum seekers. As Mike Armstrong reports, that city’s shelters are over capacity and Tory says Toronto is struggling to find housing for asylum seekers.
