PS Plus July 2018 COUNTDOWN: Free PS4 games, PlayStation Plus leaks, predictions, time

PS Plus July 2018 line-up is set to be revealed by Sony soon with PlayStation Plus subscribers getting a whole host of new PS4 free games to download.

The current PS Plus line-up for June is headlined by XCOM 2 and Trials Fusion, but these PlayStation Plus titles will soon be replaced.

The PS Plus July 2018 line-up looks set to be announced on Wednesday June 27 with the new PlayStation Plus games available on Tuesday July 3.

Sony never reveal in advance the date they’re announcing their new PlayStation Plus line-up.

However, they tend to reveal the latest PS Plus line-up on the last Wednesday of every month with new titles available to download the following Tuesday.

On the day of the big reveal, the new PS Plus line-up tends to be announced between 4pm and 5pm UK time.

With PlayStation Plus line-ups often subject to leaks, Express.co.uk will be updating this story with all the latest news on the PS Plus July 2018 line-up as and when it breaks.

And this story will once again be updated once the PS Plus July 2018 line-up is announced with the new free games selection.

Ahead of the PS Plus July 2018 line-up reveal, members of the PlayStation Plus Reddit page have been predicting what could be the next PS4 free games.

Last year the PS Plus Reddit page ran a thread every month where members predicted which games would make it into the PlayStation Plus line-up.

The Reddit page had an impression track record, with members correctly guessing games included in the eventual line-up for 10 out of the 12 months in 2017.

Until now this thread had been absent from the PlayStation Plus Reddit page this year, but ahead of the PS Plus July 2018 line-up going live it has made a return.

Top picks for the PS Plus 2018 July line-up so far include Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor, Fallout 4 and The Order: 1886.

Other predicted games include The Walking Dead season 3, Doom, Dying Light, Arkham Knight, Titanfall 2, Wolfenstein The New Order and Evil Within 2.

The PS Plus July 2018 line-up will next week replace the selection of PlayStation Plus free games for June.

During E3 2018 it was also revealed that PS Plus subscribers were getting an extra bonus in June.

PlayStation Plus members can right now also download Call of Duty: Black Ops III for free.

Black Ops 3 first became available to download on June 12, with the freebie coming ahead of the release of Black Ops 4 later this year.

PS Plus subscribers still have a few more weeks to download the Call of Duty shooter.

Black Ops 3 will remain a free PS4 game for PlayStation Plus members until Wednesday July 11 2018.
