UP Govt transferred 11 IPS officers

Uttar Pradesh government on Sunday transferred eleven Indian Police Service (IPS) officers by appointing new police chief in seven districts including Varanasi, Saharanpur and Mathura.

According to official sources Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) of Saharanpur Bablu Kumar will be the new SSP of Mathura replacing Prabhakar Choudhury, who will be the SP of Sitapur.

Suresh Rao Anand Kulkarni, SP Sitapur, will be the new SSP of Varanasi replacing R K Bharadwaj, who has been appointed as SP administration at the Police Headquarters in Lucknow.

Upendra Kumar Agarwal, SP at the DGP office has been made SSP Saharanpur while SP Hamirpur Dinesh Kumar P has been shifted in the same capacity to Shamli district. SP PAC Kanpur Dinesh Pal Singh has been made SP Jaunpur while SP PAC Azamgarh Ajay Kumar Singh has been made the SP of Hamirpur.

SP Jaunpur Keshav Kumar Choudhury has been made SP RTC, Chunar replacing Mahendra Yadav, who has been made SP, training in Lucknow. SP Shamli Dev Ranjan Verma has been made SP PAC ,Kanpur.
