Turnover on NSE's F&O segment rises
Turnover on the National Stock Exchange's futures & options (F&O) segment rose to Rs 7.56 lakh crore, compared with the turnover of Rs 7.12 lakh crore registered in the previous session.
In the cash market, the Nifty 50 index fell 59.40 points or 0.55% to settle at 10,762.45.
Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, Bajaj Finance and Reliance Industries were the top traded individual stock futures contracts in F&O segment of NSE.
Sun Pharmaceutical Industries June 2018 futures traded at 569.25, at a premium over spot closing price of 568.40. Bajaj Finance June 2018 futures traded at 2384.25, at a discount from spot closing price of 2385.05. Reliance Industries June 2018 futures traded at 999.80, at a discount from spot closing price of 1005.
The June 2018 F&O contracts will expire on 28 June 2018.
