Shareholders of troubled technology company Telit Communications have ousted its chairman Richard Kilsby at the company's annual general meeting today.
Mr Kilsby had been appointed to the position on an interim basis, alongside non-executive board members Shlomo Liran and Miriam Greenwood, to help steady the ship following the resignation of Telit's scandal-hit chief executive last year.
Telit's shareholders also voted against the re-election of Mr Liran and Ms Greenwood.
But despite the company rejecting the nominees, the board appointed Ms Greenwood anyway, saying she was needed.
