UP Govt transfers 11 IPS officers in seven districts

Uttar Pradesh Government on Sunday transferred eleven Indian Police Service (IPS) officers by appointing new police chief in seven districts including Varanasi, Saharanpur and Mathura. According to official sources, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) of Saharanpur Bablu Kumar will be the new SSP of Mathura replacing Prabhakar Choudhury, who will be the SP of Sitapur. Suresh Rao Anand Kulkarni, SP Sitapur, will be the new SSP of Varanasi replacing RK Bharadwaj, who has been appointed as SP administration at the Police Headquarters in Lucknow.
