WWE news: Avengers: Infinity War star Batista return update - Fans won't like it
BATISTA insists he wants to return to WWE and have one last run but the company doesn’t seem to be prioritising a possible comeback.
The Animal has said that he wants to wrestle again full time and also wishes to have one last match at WrestleMania against his former mentor Triple H.
But, according to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, WWE don’t seem too keen to bringing back the six-time world champion for a third stint.
Johnson said: “He has stated he’d like to come back and do a meaningful last run, but WWE hasn’t seemed to make it a priority for whatever reason.”
Batista (real name Dave Bautista) revealed that he was initially expected to return to the company and team up with Ronda Rousey at WrestleMania 34 to take on Triple H and Stephanie McMahon.

That Mixed Tag Team Match would also plant the seeds for a feud with his former Evolution leader that would result in a big match at next year’s Mania.
However, the ex-WWE Champion claims that management just stopped contacting him and had Kurt Angle joining forces with Rousey instead.
The former World Heavyweight Champion, however, has managed to make a name for himself in Hollywood as he landed a great role in the Marvel Universe.
