Ryanair has offered a full refund.
Ryanair has left one customer in tears after it cancelled a booking and then rearranging flights that allowed just 25 minutes at the destination.
Mairéad Sweeney from Clydebank, Scotland had booked the trip from Glasgow to the Portuguese capital Lisbon back in January as a surprise for her boyfriend's birthday. The trip was scheduled to take place in September.
But the Irish carrier had to cancel the flight as it was cutting the route from two flights a week down to one from September.

It then offered Sweeney a flight landing on September 30 at 8.30pm, which then left the city just 25 minutes later.
The 24-year-old told The Sun that the offer was a "joke".
"I couldn't get over it. You wouldn't even be able to disembark the aircraft in that time.
"I bought the flights as a surprise for my boyfriend's 30th, he had no idea.
"I had to tell him what had happened, I came home from work and I burst into tears. My plan had come crashing down."
Ryanair has offered a full refund but Sweeney says prices to Lisbon have now doubled.
The airline said the customer was moved to the next available flights due to the route reduction and that it offered the full refund, which has been accepted.
