07:35: Maurizio Sarri is planning to live at Chelsea’s Cobham training ground while he whips the team back into shape for a Premier League title challenge.

The 59-year-old is due to fly in to London on Monday to finalise details on a two-year deal worth £5.3million a year with an option for a third year.

Chelsea will pay Napoli a release fee of £4.5m to free Sarri from his contract with the Italian club, even though he has already been replaced by former Stamford Bridge manager Carlo Ancelotti.

Sarri is now expected to be unveiled as the new Chelsea manager in the next 48 hours.

Hazard revelation

07:00: Real Madrid were offered the chance to sign Chelsea star Eden Hazard before the Champions League final.

Real have always coveted Hazard and Zinedine Zidane was an admirer before he resigned from the Bernabeu giants last month.

And now according to Spanish paper Marca, Eden’s father, Thierry, tried to offer his son to Real BEFORE the Champions League final in Kiev.

It is said that Eden’s father informed Real that his son was available to sign and told them he wouldn’t be signing a new contract with the west London outfit.

Man Utd chase Willian

06:30: Manchester United are increasingly confident of landing Chelsea star Willian this summer.

Jose Mourinho is a huge admirer of the winger, who he signed during his time at Stamford Bridge.

And according to the Manchester Evening News, United are confident that Chelsea may sell Willian this summer to raise transfer funds for their new manager.

They say the Red Devils have held talks with the Blues over a potential transfer.
