What is it?

Australia vs Peru, a must-win match if Australia are to have any hope of staying in the World Cup. Peru are already out.

When is it?

Tuesday 26 June - ie tomorrow.

What time is kick-off?

15:00 BST.

What TV channel is it on?

This one is being broadcast on ITV4, or you can follow the match live with Telegraph Sport.

Where is the game being played?

This one takes place at the Fisht Olympic stadium in Sochi.

What is the team news?

Australia forward Andrew Nabbout is hopeful of facing Peru after dislocating his shoulder in Australia's 1-1 draw against Denmark last week. Other than that they head into the decisive match injury free.

Peru forward Jefferson Farfan will not be available for selection after suffering concussion in his country's defeat to France. Defensive midfielder Renato Tapia, who missed the match against France also from concussion, is expected to return. The Andean nation are unlikely to field a weakened side as they go in search of a goal at the 2018 Russia World Cup.

What's the latest news on the two teams?

Peru manager Ricardo Gareca told the media that his relationship with the squad remains close, and he is expected to decide on his future in the coming weeks. The Argentine manager is a hero in Peru for leading them to their first World Cup in 36 years, and fans will be hoping he stays on board.

Peru captain Paolo Guerrero says that he owes Australia captain Mile Jedinak "a big hug" for signing a letter requesting for the Peru forward's ban to be lifted for the World Cup.

Mile Jedinak has scored both of his country's goals in Russia from the spot, and don't bet against him scoring if he gets another as he's scored his last 16 penalties.

What is the latest group table - and what is at stake?

Australia must win to have any chance of progressing - but even then it is not certain.

What are the odds?

  • Australia 21/10
  • Peru 6/4
  • Draw 32/10

What's our prediction?

Peru will be desperate to give their fans a goal at the World Cup so don't expect the South Americans to have lost any of their intensity despite being knocked out. Australia will be going for this too, as they must win to have any chance of qualifying. Expect a close game.

Prediciton: Australia 2 Peru 2
