Provation, a leading provider of clinical productivity software, has been named one of the Top Workplaces in Minnesota by the Star Tribune. The list recognizes the most progressive companies in Minnesota based on employee opinions measuring engagement, organizational health and satisfaction.
Produced by the same team that compiles the 27-year-old Star Tribune 100 report of the best-performing public companies in Minnesota, the Top Workplaces list is compiled based on an analysis of responses from over 71,000 employees at Minnesota public, private and nonprofit organizations.
“We are honored to be named a 2018 Top Workplace,” said David A. Del Toro, President and CEO, Provation. “At Provation, we are constantly trying to find new ways to help simplify the complexity of healthcare. To do that, we rely on a culture of innovation and employees with the highest integrity. It’s exciting to see that recognized by the Star Tribune.”
Star Tribune Publisher Michael J. Klingensmith said, “The companies in the Star Tribune Top Workplaces deserve high praise for creating the very best work environments in the state of Minnesota. My congratulations to each of these exceptional companies.”
The results of the Star Tribune Top Workplaces are based on composite scores derived solely from employee survey responses collected and calculated by Energage, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention. More than 2,400 companies participated in the 2018 survey.
