MOORE, Oklahoma -
Authorities said a house fire in Moore is believed to have been caused by lightning.
Crews arrived at the scene near Southeast 4th Street and South Avery Drive after 3:00 a.m. Monday. According to firefighters, the blaze started in the attic. The second floor as well as a large portion of the attic are severely damaged.
Four people were inside the home at the time of the fire. All made it out safely, although one person suffered a minor injury burn. The injured person was treated at the scene by paramedics.
The cause of the fire is under further investigation.
