NEW DELHI: On eve of the
International Yoga Day,
Pacific World School Techzone 4,
Greater Noida West, successfully held the event at their school premises.
Niraj Maheshwari (yoga trainer) guided over 100 participants, including children and women, to perform yoga Assanas with ease.
The IYD is organized in association with Ayush Vibhag Gautam Budh Nagar at the sports ground of the school.
Three Ayush Vibhag doctors - Dr Kavita Rani, Dr RP Singh and Dr Dharmendra, and their staff members participated in yoga session.
A meditation session was also organized during the event, which was led by Preeti Didi of Brahma Kumaris Godly University Bisrakh Shakha.
Mrs Seema Kaur, principal, Pacific World School, gave vote of thanks to Ayush Vibhag, Mr. OP Arora event organiser and his team, Niraj Maheshwari (Yog Trainer), Anshu Sharma (Saraswati Vandana Reciter),
Naveen Jain, Admin, Pacific World School and his team, volunteers of Bachpan Ki Umang, Rekha Talwar, Ashish Shingal, Shailesh and other participants for successfully organizing the IYD 2018.
The International Yoga Day event was organised by the Manan and Vatsal event organizers.
