THIRUVANANTHAPURAM:Yoga is India’s great contribution to the world to unite humanity and keep it in good health, Mizoram Governor Kummanam Rajasekharan said on Thursday. He was speaking after inaugurating the International Yoga Day celebrations at the Sai Gramam, Thonnackal.

Yoga was able to bring together the nations of the world. The success of the International Yoga Day observance exemplifies this success, he said. Former additional chief secretary D Babu Paul inaugurated a public reception given to Rajasekharan on his new appointment as the Mizoram Governor. Sai Gramam founder and executive director K N Anandakumar, grama panchayat presidents Vijayakumari and Vengode Madhu, block panchayat member Ilamba Unnikrishnan and BJP district president S Suresh were present.
