Ryan Giggs BURNS former Man Utd team-mate Patrice Evra and even makes Roy Keane LAUGH
MANCHESTER UNITED legend Ryan Giggs brilliantly put down former team-mate Patrice Evra on live TV today - and it even made Roy Keane crack a smile.
Giggs, Evra and Keane are all working for ITV as pundits for the World Cup in Russia and were speaking ahead of France's game with Peru.
The trio were discussing England and their opening game 2-1 win over Tunisia on Monday night.
Evra, being a former left-back, was asked about the performance of the England wing-backs Kieran Trippier and Ashley Young.
Young has excelled at left-back for Manchester United since Jose Mourinho moved him into that role, which earned him a spot in Gareth Southgate’s squad.

To be fair they’ve not had a good left-back since Dennis Irwin
And Evra says the 32-year-old is the best left-back Manchester United have had since he left the club in 2014.
“To be fair, I know a lot of people have discussed about Ashley Young,” Evra said.
“Since I left United I think he’s been one of the best left-backs playing for United.
“And for England I think they’ve got Danny Rose, he’s a specialist as well as a left-back.

“But I wasn’t surprised when they picked Ashley Young instead of another left-back.”
Giggs then replied: “To be fair they’ve not had a good left-back since Dennis Irwin.”
His witty response made the normally stern-faced Keane laugh.
Evra replied: “Why do you have to kill me like that Giggsy on TV? Why?”
