Montreal police are investigating after a six-month-old baby was found dead inside a vehicle in downtown Montreal.
A 911 call was placed around 5:35 p.m. after the father showed up to the baby’s daycare on Robert-Bourassa Street and daycare personnel say the child was not brought in that day.
That’s when the baby was found in a vehicle near the daycare.
First responders tried to revive the baby, but they were pronounced dead on the scene, said police.
Police say the parents are in shock.
