Air India launches 'Maharaja Direct'

Civil Minister on Friday launched 'Maharaja Direct', a whole new experience for Air India's business and first-class passengers on long-haul international flights with revamped products and services.

The latest makeover exercise involves 'Maharaja' business class seats with an upgraded ambience and upholstery besides variety cuisines and new uniforms for the crew.

Addressing the gathering at the launch event here, Prabhu called the facilities under the new plan "stunning" and said the airliner will "do wonders" in years to come.

Sinha said was going to get better and more comfortable with 'Maharaja Direct'.
