Turnover on NSE's F&O segment drops

The Nifty June 2018 traded at 10,837, a premium of 15.15 points compared with the Nifty's spot closing of 10,821.85 in the cash market.

Turnover on the National Stock Exchange's & options (F&O) segment dropped to Rs 7.12 lakh crore, compared with the turnover of Rs 17.57 lakh crore registered in the previous session.

In the cash market, the index rose 80.75 points or 0.75% to settle at 10,821.85.

Reliance Industries, Bajaj and were the top traded individual stock contracts in F&O segment of NSE.

June 2018 futures traded at 1009, at a discount over spot closing price of 1011.65. Bajaj June 2018 futures traded at 2342, matching its spot closing price. June 2018 futures traded at 273.90, at a premium over spot closing price of 273.

The June 2018 F&O contracts will expire on 28 June 2018.
