Florida police make arrest in rapper XXXTentacion slaying
Florida authorities have arrested a man in the shooting death of rapper XXXTentacion.
A traffic stop led to the arrest of Dedrick Williams, 22, of Pompano Beach. He appeared before a judge via video on Thursday afternoon (US time).
Williams is charged with first-degree murder without premeditation, a probation violation and for not having a valid driver's license. The judge ordered Williams to be held without bond.

Williams was also scheduled to appear on Monday regarding the probation violation charge that stems from a 2014 grand theft auto case.

In a statement, Broward Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Veda Coleman-Wright said homicide detectives also were seeking additional suspects in the death of the rapper.
An arrest report says Dedrick Williams was arrested Wednesday after an officer spotted him driving a silver 2004 Honda.
The report says Williams was alone in the car and driving without a license. He was arrested on an active felony warrant.

Rapper XXXTentacion was 20 years old.
XXXTentacion, 20, was killed in his car as he left an upscale motor sports dealership on Monday Afternoon.
